These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of PremiumPNG.com ("PremiumPNG", "we", "us").
By creating an account, buying an image or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms,
our License, our Privacy Policy and our
Refund Policy.
1. Your account
- You must give a valid e-mail address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- One account is for one person or one company. Sharing an account, or reselling access to it, is not allowed.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy anything on PremiumPNG.
2. Plans and single purchases
- Single images are bought with a one-time payment. You can download a purchased image again at any time from My Purchases.
- Basic is a one-time payment for a fixed number of downloads. It does not renew.
- Standard Pro, Premium Elite and Premium Ultra are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Download limits and features for each plan are shown on the Pricing page.
- If a renewal payment fails, paid access is paused until the payment is completed.
- Free images can be downloaded by any logged-in user within the daily limits shown on the site.
- We may change prices. A new price never changes a payment you already made; for subscriptions, we will tell you before a new price applies to your renewal.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars;
your bank or Stripe may show the amount in your local currency and may charge a conversion fee.
Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
4. License to use the images
- When you download an image with a plan or buy it, you receive a license to use the image as described on our License page. You do not become the owner of the image or its copyright.
- Exclusive assets are exclusive to PremiumPNG.com – they are not sold on other websites. Buying an exclusive asset gives you the Enhanced/Extended license; it does not transfer ownership, and the asset may be licensed to other PremiumPNG customers too.
- You may not resell, share or give away the original files, upload them to other stock sites, or use them in a trademark or logo, unless the License page says otherwise.
- Licenses for images you downloaded while your plan was active stay valid after the plan ends, for projects made under that license.
5. AI-generated content
Images marked "AI" were created with the help of artificial intelligence. AI images may not be protected
by copyright in every country. Do not use any image in a way that is misleading, defamatory or illegal,
or that suggests a real person endorses something.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to download files you have not paid for, get around download limits, use automated tools to
copy the site, attack or overload our servers, or use the site for anything illegal. We may suspend or
close accounts that break these Terms. If we close your account because you broke these Terms,
payments already made are not refunded.
7. Editors and generator tools
The image editor, vector editor and image generator are provided "as is" for plans that include them.
Projects you save may be deleted after some time, so keep your own copies of important work.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep PremiumPNG online and the files correct, but we cannot promise the site will always be
available or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility to you for any claim
is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important,
we will show a notice on the site or send you an e-mail. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
