Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You need an account to download. Give a valid e-mail address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• One account is for one person or one company. Sharing a login, or selling or renting access to an account, is not allowed.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy anything.
• You can delete your account in Account Settings. An account with an active subscription is cancelled with Stripe first.

2. Plans and download limits

Each plan gives a number of downloads of paid images and a daily number of downloads of free images. Free images, and images you bought on their own, never use your paid-image allowance.

• "Per day" means a calendar day on our server. "Per 24 hours" counts the downloads of the last 24 hours.
• * Unlimited means normal personal and business use. To protect the site, every account can download at most 150 files per hour; automated or bulk downloading is not allowed.
• Downloading the same image again counts as a new download, except for images in My Purchases.
• Exporting a file in another format or size, or saving an edited image from our editors, counts as a download.
• Prices and the features of each plan are shown on the Pricing page.
• If we change your plan by hand (for example to fix a technical problem), your download counts start again from zero.

3. Single image purchases

• You can buy one image without a plan: AI images and AI vectors, standard PNG images and vectors, and exclusive assets each have their own price, shown on the image page.
• A bought image is saved in My Purchases. You can download it as often as you like, for as long as your account exists, with or without a plan.
• AI, PNG and vector purchases come with the Commercial License. Before buying, you can switch them to the Enhanced License for a higher price shown on the image page. Exclusive purchases always come with the Enhanced License (see License).
• The license you bought is shown in My Purchases and cannot be changed after payment.
• Downloads with Premium Ultra come with the Enhanced License; downloads with other plans and free images come with the Commercial License.
• If you already have a plan that includes an image, you do not need to buy it.

4. Payments and billing

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may show the amount in your own currency and may add a conversion fee.
• Standard Pro, Premium Elite and Premium Ultra renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Account Settings; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, paid downloads are paused until the payment succeeds.
• Refunds are explained in the Refund Policy.

5. Your license to use images

• When you download an image with a plan, as a free image, or buy it, you receive a license to use it as described on the License page. You do not become the owner of the image or its copyright.
• Exclusive assets are exclusive to PremiumPNG.com: they are not sold on other stock websites. Exclusive does not mean that you are the only buyer and does not transfer ownership.
• You may not resell or give away the files themselves, upload them to other stock or free-image websites, or use them as a logo or trademark.

6. How long your access and license last

Keep a copy of the files you download. If you delete your account, or an image is removed from the site, you may not be able to download it again – but the license for copies you already downloaded stays valid. A refunded purchase ends that image's license.

7. AI-generated images

Images and vectors marked "AI" were created with the help of artificial intelligence and checked by us. In some countries AI images may have limited or no copyright protection, so you may not be able to stop others from using a similar image. Do not use any image in a misleading, defamatory or illegal way, or in a way that suggests a real person or brand supports something.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• get files you have not paid for, get around download limits, or share your account to do so;
• use bots, scrapers or scripts to copy images or pages, or overload our servers;
• try to break into the site, other accounts or our systems;
• remove or hide watermarks from preview images;
• use the site or images for anything illegal, hateful or harmful.

9. Image editor and vector editor

The editors are included in the plans that list them on the Pricing page. Saving or exporting an edited file follows the same download rules as a normal download. Work in progress may be deleted after some time, so keep your own copies of important projects. Your edited result is still covered by the license of the original image.

10. Changes to images, plans and prices

• We may add, change or remove images, categories and features at any time.
• We may change prices. A new price never changes a payment you already made. For subscriptions we tell you before a new price applies to your next renewal.

11. Copyright complaints

If you believe an image on PremiumPNG uses your work without permission, contact us with a link to the image, proof that you own the work, and your contact details. We will check it and remove the image if the complaint is valid.

12. Suspension and account closing

We may pause or close an account that breaks these Terms, shares its login, or harms the site. If we close an account for breaking these Terms, payments already made are not refunded. Licenses for images downloaded correctly before that stay valid, unless the images were obtained by breaking these Terms.

13. Availability and liability

We work to keep PremiumPNG online and the files correct, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors. The site and files are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If you live in a country that gives consumers rights that cannot be removed by contract, those rights still apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we show a notice on the site or send you an e-mail. Using the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
