We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us. This includes your username, email address, and payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors). If you sign in with Google, we also receive the information described in section 2.
You can create an account or log in with your Google account ("Continue with Google"). When you do, Google shares only the following information with us, after you agree on Google's sign-in screen:
We use this information only to create your PremiumPNG.com account, to sign you in, and to link your Google login to an existing account with the same verified email address. We do not get your Google password, and we do not access your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
We do not sell, rent or share information received from Google with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. It is stored securely together with your account and deleted when you delete your account. You can also remove PremiumPNG.com's access at any time in your Google Account under Third-party apps & services.
PremiumPNG.com's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you join the Contributor Programme, we also keep your public name, country, portfolio link, the files you send for review, your earnings, your payout e-mail and the tax details you give us (legal name, country of citizenship, address, date of birth and an optional tax number, as needed for US tax form W-8BEN). To protect buyers and artists from fraud, contributors also send a photo of a passport or government ID and a selfie holding it; these photos are kept outside the public website, are seen only by our administrators, are used only to confirm identity, and are deleted 7 days after an application is not approved (or when we ask for new photos). Tax details are visible only to PremiumPNG.com administrators and are used only to pay you and for tax reporting. Payouts are sent by Stripe, which receives your payout e-mail and the amount, and collects your bank details directly (we never see or store your bank account). Files that are not approved are deleted from our server.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send communications, and protect against fraud or unauthorized access.
When you download images from PremiumPNG, you receive a license to use the images according to your subscription plan. All plans include a full commercial license. Download activity is tracked for limit enforcement purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and improve your experience on our platform.
